SEO Media Consultants is a service oriented business and thus, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds or money back guarantees for work that has been completed. We make every effort to perform our services in a manner that is to your satisfaction, and if for any reason you are unhappy with the service you have received, you may contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.We do not require long-term contracts and you may cancel at any time. We do not guarantee a full refund upon cancellation and will only consider a refund according to the following guidelines:
a) If you sign up for a monthly or yearly service and request the service to be cancelled, you must notify SEO Media Consultants at least 1 business day prior to the next billing period. Your account will no longer be re-billed starting 1 business day following your notification.
b) If you sign up for a service and we feel we can’t do the project for you for any reason, SEO Media Consultants will issue you a 100% refund within a maximum of 3 business days.
c) If you are not satisfied with an incomplete portion of a project, you can get proportional refund for the remaining work/project.
d) If you don’t want SEO Media Consultants to start a project at all, you may contact us within 48 hours after making payment and we will provide you with a 100% refund within 3 business days. If later than 48 hours, SEO Media Consultants will provide you with a proportional refund for the remaining work within 3 business days.
e) If you request a refund or cancellation within the time period stated in this policy and your account has still been charged, SEO Media Consultants will refund 100% of that amount.
f) SEO Media Consultants does not offer any refunds for funds spent on services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for SEO Media Consultants and refunding them causes any loss to SEO Media Consultants.
If you wish to cancel a service provided to you by SEO Media Consultants or have any questions, comments or concerns about our refund policy, you may contact us at [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name, company name, and the service you want cancelled. All refunds and cancellation requests must be made in writing. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from SEO Media Consultants. The confirmation email or number given by SEO Media Consultants will act as proof of the cancellation of service.
